Claudia Yagel, OTD, OTR, CAS
ADMINISTRATOR- HOME HEALTH DIVISION & 2.0 DOCTOR OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Claudia is an El Paso native and has be serving the community for 13+ years. She obtained her Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2011 and her Doctorate from Texas Tech Health Science Center in 2022. Claudia has dedicated her time specializing with the pediatric population, emphasizing in children with Autism and Sensory Processing Disorders. Claudia is a Certified Autism Specialist. Another one of her passions is teaching her OTD students. #PicksUp

OFFICE MANAGER- HOME HEALTH DIVISION
Connie has 25+ years experience in the medical field. She manages all office operations, procedures, and billing. Connie has a passion to help our patients obtain all services they need in a timely manner. She has a great love for her husband, children and grandchildren.

ALTERNATE ADMINISTRATOR- HOME HEALTH DIVISION & 2.0 CLINIC MANAGER 2.0 EAST
Shelley has been an Occupational Therapy Assistant for 17+ years; her focus for the last 9 years has been with the pediatric population. She obtained her Associates of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Western New Mexico University in 2007. Outside of her career Shelley enjoys spending time riding her horses and competing in rodeos.

Ezbi has been working in the medical field since 2010. I am passionate about being able to help people. I've been told that I'm very friendly and happy all of the time. When I'm not working, I'm spending time with children, family, and friends... Oh and working on a second degree to become a Certified Occupational Therapist. My outlook in life is always having a positive attitude for a brighter future.

Meet Ms. Mary, our Office Assistant and Mom Extraordinaire! She always has a smile on her face and is ready to help in any way possible. Her warm and caring voice is the first thing our patients parents usually hear when they call us and is a good initial indicator as to the loving environment you're about to be a part of when you choose Yagel Therapy Services as your pediatric therapy provider. When's she's not working she's running around with her 4 granddaughters whom she absolutely adores.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER COTA
Silvia is our wonderful Business Development Manager and has been working in the medical field for over 10 years. Not only will see her smiling face at community events, she also obtained a second degree as a Certified Occupational Therapist in 2022 to work with our very own VIP little friends. In her free time you'll probably catch her on plane jet setting somewhere or spending time with her friends/family.
